Speed up your communications and security planning with SPOT

Sensor planning made easy

21CSI’s Sensor Planning & Optimization Tool (SPOT) utilizes existing terrain height map data to help users rapidly determine the optimal sensor placement solution. The application graphically depicts the actual coverage for each sensor (radar, camera, sonar, etc), allowing users to see the gaps in sensor coverage and determine how many sensors of each type are needed for an area and what are the best placement of those sensors.

Save time by using SPOT

Based upon the user’s input for a sensor’s individual capabilities, SPOT determines the coverage areas and shows the results on a GIS display through color gradients to highlight coverage areas and probability of detection in variable resolutions.

Quickly edit and publish reports

Sensors can be rapidly added and moved quickly whenever needed and there is no limit to the number of sensors that can be used. SPOT, can publish reports detailing the different sensor placement scenarios that the user is considering and display the information graphically. The application can be used as a standalone system or with HiRSA / SentinelNet.
