Project Management

We have a flat, lean team structure that helps us control costs and keep effectiveness and efficiency high.

We have team members who are Project Management Institute (PMI) certified. We are not risk‐adverse. We face risk head‐on, with earned value management and other risk management tools, keeping us on budget and on schedule.
Our program managers are well organized, budget‐minded team leaders with proven track records with both commercial and government customers.

21CSI Project Managers are responsible of ensuring the vision of the contract is followed through to completion. Through deliberate planning and flexible execution, meeting the requirements of the contract is the most important mission of the Project Manager. That and delivering the great results customers expect.
