21CSI’s Customer Support is capable of providing 24x7 technical customer support services for small, medium and large organizations. The Support Center is staffed with fully trained Help Desk Institute (HDI) certified technicians with the ability to provide one hour response times to client requirements. Our Support Center handles incident support requests via phone, email, chat, onsite, and web‐based support. Requests can also be tracked and updated by our web‐based interface. Online knowledge base and frequently asked questions are developed and presented to allow ease of customer incident resolution. Industry standard performance metrics are monitored and reported on monthly basis, or as needed by the customer.
