Projects

21CSI's R&D Group, a close-knit team of talented scientists and software developers, have earned their stripes performing numerous Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR), and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR), and other federally-sponsored research efforts annually since 1996. In all, over 80 separate successfully completed R&D projects aimed at solving vexing problems for government customers, ranging from IED detection and alerting, to submarine sensor optimization, to national border electronic security, to unmanned air vehicle sensor enhancement... and many more.

The principal benefit of all this government R&D work is a deep pool of proven software technologies and methods that can be applied for our commercial customers and partners seeking innovative, yet practical solutions to unsolved problems and market gaps. These have ranged from remote patient health monitoring, to casino theft and fraud monitoring and alerting, detection and alerting, to on-board way-finding for cruise ship passengers, and more.
