NGA Solicits Proposals for Commercial Radar Imagery

21CSI Technology Selected by CSC for Indiana National Guard Training Center Surveillance

that it has been selected by CSC (NYSE: CSC) to provide an extension of the 21CSI force
protection system, Intelligent Distributed Command and Control (IDC2), in support of the
Indiana National Guard’s Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC). Work will be
performed under a subcontract from CSC, which has a comprehensive task order with the
U.S. Army’s premier R&D electronics laboratory, Communications-Electronic Research,
Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC). As called for in the agreement, 21CSI
will leverage its advanced software technology to provide non-intrusive, persistent monitoring
of a large, geographically diverse training site.

21st Century Systems, Inc. (21CSI) announced that it is taking part in an employer partnership initiative with the US Army Reserve. Created as a way to connect employers with talented soldiers who are serving the nation in a “part-time” capacity, the Employer Partnership is designed as a win-win collaboration providing employers with motivated, highly skilled labor at a significantly reduced recruiting and training cost. The Army Reserve Soldier then has two careers, one with the reserve and one with the employer partner, thus providing greater financial stability to their family and additional avenues to reach their career goals.
In a formal kick off of the program, 21CSI CEO, Jeffrey D. Hicks, joined Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman, Congressman Lee Terry and Brigadier General Charles Joseph Barr for a signing. During the ceremony, Mr. Hicks remarked that, “not only is our country stronger due to the efforts of these soldiers but, as an aggressive employer of military veterans, so is 21CSI.”

21st Century Systems, Inc. (21CSI) announced today that William V. Parker has been named vice president for international affairs. In this role, Mr. Parker will lead the expansion of 21CSI's overseas business, focusing initially on 21CSI's decision support software systems.
Mr. Parker has more than 30 years of management and executive leadership experience in the government, having worked in over 50 countries as a U.S. Department of State senior foreign service officer with the rank of minister-counselor. Most recently he has been a consultant to businesses seeking to expand overseas markets, leveraging his government experience to build partnerships with public and private organizations to augment traditional U.S. government intelligence and foreign affairs organizations and steer projects through to successful completion. He also holds positions with Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab, as an adjunct fellow for national security analysis, and with the Space Foundation, where he is special advisor for international affairs.
