Since 1996 21CSI has been awarded numerous software R&D contracts with the US federal government, covering a wide variety of customer end-user requirements. Our contracts include multi-year prime an sub, and single-scope prime and sub contracts to provide advanced force protection, border security and anti-terrorism technology solutions to the US military and foreign military services, advanced software R&D work covering a spectrum of decision support technology needs, and professional technical services.

SeaPort-e

SeaPort-e is a Navy-wide contract vehicle for engineering services, including R&D, that allows for orders to be placed on a cost-reimbursement, fixed-price, or cost-only basis.

SCM

Sea Combat Module is a Phase III SBIR contract. SCM is a broad engineering services contract with Naval Sea Systems Command to apply state-of-the-art commercial technology to emerging Sea Combat Commander warfare requirements. The vehicle accepts RDT&E, SCN, OPN, FMS, and O&M funding.

JAWS

Under the Joint Awareness Warfighter - Space (JAWS) SBIR Phase III contract, the SMDC-TIMC introduces JAWS which will provide an open-architecture software environment for decision support applications and includes a linked 2D/3D visualization capability. JAWS is being operationally evaluated by the Army Space and Missile Defense Command Future Warfare Center (SMDC-FWC) in Colorado Springs and has earned support for transition of its functionality. This is a 2 year contract with potential option years.

LOGCOP

The Logistics Common Operational Picture (LOGCOP) is a Phase III SBIR contract for Navy and Marine logisticians. Linking to Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M) and GCCS-Marine Corps (GCCS-MC), the LOGCOP system creates a one-stop logistics information environment within the Common Operational Picture. LOGCOP will support Naval logistics requirements for Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Groups at sea, Marines, Naval Construction Battalions (SEABEEs), and Naval Special Warfare at sea and ashore. LOGCOP's development is overseen by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego. This is an 18 month contract with potential option years.
